Yes! All Accounts start on the standard plan (free), with an option to upgrade to any of the paid plans if/when you’re ready. We think it’s important that you get a chance to fully test Palett before making a decision.
Yes! When you choose to cancel any of our paid plans, you’re automatically downgraded to our free plan at the end of your billing cycle.
We use Stripe to process your payment. You can purchase Palett with any major credit card. For our business plan we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. In order for our invoicing-option to be available your organization must have over 5 subscribed representatives, and your plan needs to be on our annual billing cycle.
